The first essential thing one must do to stay fit and healthy is to take small portion of meals throughout day. For staying healthy you must take proper calories in your meal. You must add lean protein in your meal that must be one quarter.
This lean protein should be chicken breast or salmon and other portion must be of Brown rice and Brown bread. Other than this you must add different vegetables in half of your plate.
You must take proper diet that must contain all the nutrients. If you feel hungry, you can take small meals after 2 hours. Those meals include either toasted slice Or some fruits.
Importance of having meal:
Never skip any of your meal. Take small amount of portion after every two hours. You must take 3 proper meals in a day. Never skip your breakfast that is the most important part of your day. Fiber in your diet:
You must add more fiber in your diet. For a female, fiber consumption must be 25 to 30 grams every day. To get fiber, one must eat cereals and breads which contain most fiber in it. By taking more fiber, it will keep you full and it will reduce your hunger.
You must take more fiber that is soluble that will be helpful in decreasing your cholesterol level. It is important to stay healthy and keep yourself hydrated as well.
The food that one must add in his diet should be corn bran, cereals, bread, fruits, vegetables, wheat, broccoli, potatoes and green beans.
To stay healthy you must perform exercise regularly. Keeping yourself busy in exercise will help you to stay active and fresh. You can take classes for this or can join gym where you will be bound to perform physical activities.
You must do physical exercises daily. This will help you to keep yourself physically fit as well as mentally fit. Doing exercise always help you to burn many calories and it helps you to stay healthy. Exercise never means that you should go to gym but it is essential to go for a walking whenever you get time and are free to take care of your self.
Adding fruits and vegetables in your diet:
You must add fruits and vegetables in your diet. This will help you to get vitamins, minerals and fiber that will help you to stay healthy. You must add 2 to 3 bowls of fruits in your daily diet. You should also use fresh juices but avoid canned juices. If you wish to get proper diet add more fruits in your lunch and dinner.
A person must take appropriate water intake. The daily required glass of water should be either 6 glasses or 8 glasses. This’ll definitely help you to eat less and it will help you to keep yourself hydrated.
Every normal person is adviced to drink water regularly. People can easily get dehydrated and it can cause them to get faint and low water intake. Some people prefer taking water in the form of tea that can be of some help.

You must make plan that how you should work accordingly and stay fit. What dietary food you must have for you that will help you to stay healthy. Keep plenty of fruits and vegetables in your room and kitchen that will help you to stay fit.
A person should not smoke. You may get infected with different diseases if you smoke daily. These diseases can be cancer, heart diseases and many more.
You should avoid using alcohol. This may be the reason of increasing blood pressure and can effect your brain, heart and moreover your entire life.
You should rest aswell that will help you to stay healthy. You must take your sleep of 8 hours that is every important for an individual that will helps your heart to pump properly along with all other organs that will perform correctly.
